Arrive in Edinburgh and meet your Tour Manager. Travel to Glasgow and tonight enjoy a Welcome Dinner with your fellow travelers. |

Day 3 - Friday, 10/9/2026 - Breakfast - Dinner Glasgow / Loch Lomond
Join a local guide for a panoramic tour of Glasgow. See historic George Square and the beautiful Beaux-Arts architecture that surrounds it, medieval Glasgow Cathedral, prestigious Blythswood Square, futuristic-looking Science Centre, and more. Enroute to Oban, stop in Luss and explore this quaint village on Loch Lomond, in the heart of Scotland’s first National Park. After enjoying lunch on your own, continue to the Oban area and settle into your hotel for a 3-night stay. Dinner is included this evening. |

Day 4 - Saturday, 10/10/2026 - Breakfast - Dinner Oban / St. Conan's Kirk / Kilchurn Castle
Embark on a guided walking tour of historic Oban, the “Gateway to the Isles.” See spectacular views, Victorian architecture, iconic McCaig’s Tower and more with a local expert. Afterwards, lunch is on your own. Maybe enjoy some local fish & chips and see why it’s considered the seafood capital of Scotland. Next, enjoy a scenic drive with photo stops at St. Conan’s Kirk on the shores of Loch Awe and historic Kilchurn Castle. Return to your hotel for leisure time. Dinner is included this evening. |

Day 5 - Sunday, 10/11/2026 - Breakfast - Dinner Isle of Mull / Isle of Iona
Today explore the inner Hebridean Islands. Take the ferry from Oban to Craignure on the Isle of Mull. Boasting spectacular wildlife, scenery, and unique castles, Mull is often referred to as ‘Eagle Island’. Look for white-tailed and golden eagles. Next, ferry from Fionnphort to the Isle of Iona. The tiny island is a place for pilgrimage for many. Visit medieval Iona Abbey, one of the oldest Christian religious centers in Western Europe. Enjoy dinner again this evening. |

Day 6 - Monday, 10/12/2026 - Breakfast Glencoe / Loch Ness / Urquhart
Depart Oban and travel to Inverness. Head to the National Nature Reserve in Glencoe. The Visitor Centre offers insight into the area’s rich history, geology, and wildlife. Then, enjoy a relaxing stroll through the woodland trails. Continue to Loch Ness, infamous for the Loch Ness Monster. Wander the ruins of legendary Urquhart Castle, on the shore of Loch Ness and dating from the 13th c. Travel to Inverness, capital of the Highlands, and settle into your hotel for a 2-night stay. |

Day 7 - Tuesday, 10/13/2026 - Breakfast Inverness / Cawdor Castle*
Explore centuries of Scottish history starting with haunting Culloden Battlefield where the pivotal 1746 Battle of Culloden was fought. Experience the 360-degree battle immersion theater at the visitor center and see artifacts from the conflict. Next, visit the medieval, slate-roofed Cawdor Castle* & Gardens, with its connections to Shakespeare’s tragedy of Scottish kings, Macbeth. Return to your hotel in Inverness.

Day 8 - Wednesday, 10/14/2026 - Breakfast Blair Castle / To Edinburgh
This morning, visit a farm for a sheepdog demonstration with the opportunity to meet the dogs and learn about their training. Then, travel through the mountains to majestic Blair Castle & Gardens, the home of the Atholl family for over 700 years. The family history is brought to life against a backdrop of fine 18th c. interiors and Scots Baronial architecture. Head south to Edinburgh and check into your hotel for a 3-night stay. |

Day 9 - Thursday, 10/15/2026 - Breakfast Edinburgh
Drive the Royal Mile to visit the Palace of Holyroodhouse, the home of Mary, Queen of Scots, and the King’s official residence when in Edinburgh (subject to closure). Join a local guide for a panoramic city tour of Edinburgh. Visit famous Edinburgh Castle, home to the Scottish Crown Jewels. It has been the site of numerous sieges and battles, including those during the Wars of Scottish Independence. The afternoon is at leisure to explore Edinburgh on your own. |

Day 10 - Friday, 10/16/2026 - Breakfast - Dinner Optional St. Andrews / Spirit of Scotland Dinner Show
Today you may choose to remain in Edinburgh for a full day spent exploring the city’s treasure trove of historic sites, museums, galleries and gardens on your own. Or, join the optional tour to lovely St. Andrews, an iconic, bucket list place for any passionate golfer. This beautiful city by the sea is an almost-holy place to golf – but it will come as no surprise that this historic town has much more than just golfing history to offer.
